Shipping Policy

Shipping is FREE on all orders within the USA.

We keep things simple — no hidden fees, no surprises.


Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card.

We will then verify that your order is in stock and ready for immediate shipment.

  • If your item is in stock, we’ll begin preparing it for shipment right away.

  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you by email to discuss alternatives.


Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday–Friday, begin processing the same business day.

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.

  • Transit Time: 1–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Total Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 2–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

International Orders

We happily ship to international customers.

Due to varying product sizes and weights, we will provide a custom shipping quote upon request.

Please note:

  • All products are designed for the U.S. market and require a 110V electrical system.

  • Products may not be certified for use in other countries’ electrical safety standards.

If you accept our shipping quote, we will process your order through our secure online payment gateway.


Damages

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, but if damage occurs:

  1. Inspect the package upon delivery.

  2. If damage is visible, note it with the delivery driver or refuse delivery.

  3. If you accept delivery, take clear photos of the damage to the packaging and product.

  4. Email the photos and your order number to support@splashhouseaquatics.com within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.
