We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, in “Like New” condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or modifications.
- Certain products may have specific return restrictions, which will be noted on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return

- Photos of the product (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.
- Splash House Aquatics is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments due to improper packaging or shipping carrier issues.
Refund Processing
- Once your returned item is received and approved after inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Refundable Returns: Items returned with visible signs of use, wear, damage, or missing accessories will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take extra care to ensure all products are shipped in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
1. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@splashhouseaquatics.
2. Attach clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
3. Keep all original packaging for inspection.
For damaged or incorrect orders, Splash House Aquatics will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
Cancellations & Order Modifications
We process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately at support@splashhouseaquatics.
- Cancellations Before Shipment- Orders canceled before shipping will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations After Shipment- If an order has already been shipped, it falls under our 30-day return policy, and return shipping costs will apply.
Return Restrictions & Exceptions
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products labeled as certified pre-owned, used, or final sale.
- Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified.
One-Time Use & Temporary Purchases:
Splash House Aquatics does not accept returns for items purchased with the intention of short-term or temporary use. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Trade show displays or equipment.
- Conference or promotional event items.
- Items purchased for short-term rentals or resale.
Additional Notes
- All returns must be authorized before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
